This was one of the projects we did .

This was a church that was built in 1889 & was ready to be demolished

with , no bathrooms , no well , no septic , a 30 amp electric service , lap wood siding ,

old horse hair plaster that was falling off the walls , a drop ceiling that was falling

 no insulation , broken & missing windows  , no insulation ,

an old brick chimney that was crumbling , bad shingles ,

no walkways . crumbling steps , no parking , some old half dead large trees , just quite a wreck .
